Fresh Thai Protein Patties
1. Place contents into a medium sized bowl.
2. Add 300mls water.
3. Stir to combine then set aside for 10 minutes to thicken.
4. Shape into small patties.
5. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add patties.
6. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook other side for 5 minutes.
7. Patties are now ready to eat or chill & reheat!
Just add water and cook!
