If you do not wish to commit to a membership or are looking to place a one-off purchase with Sprout Market, simply place your order without clicking on the Become a Member button. Please note that member prices are available to members only. By clicking on the button, you understand that you have actively agreed to become a member.
Your orders will be distpached within 1-2 business days of when they are placed only if your entire order is in stock. If you have back-ordered items, we will dispatch your order once all your items arrive to us from our suppliers. If you wish to have a partial shipment, please contact us.
Please note that the warehouse is closed on weekends.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We use Australia's largest delivery network service provider Australia Post.
If you require a product urgently (within a week), please contact our customer support team at email@example.com to enquire about partial shipping options or in store pick up. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive to you within a specific time frame.
Out of stock items can also affect delivery time. If an item is out of stock with our suppliers, we will contact you on an ETA. If we are unable to contact you within 3 business days, we will send you an out of stock notification email and your money will be refunded to you.

Shipping Costs are fixed at $9.95 for orders below $65 Australia Wide.

Shipping charges are free for orders above $65. Shipping Charges are fixed at $9.95 for orders below $65 Australia Wide.
Once you sign up as a Member, you will be charged your annual $59.95 membership fee. However, if you decide that you do not wish to continue your membership you may request a refund of your membership charge within 30 days of placing your first order. A Sprout Market membership gives you access to the best natural and organic products from all of the brands you love at wholesale prices. Members also have access to special promotions, exciting contests and educational content. The membership costs less than $5 a month ($59.95 for the year) and most members make back that fee within the first two orders.
