What other options are there if I do not want to commit to a membership?

If you do not wish to commit to a membership or are looking to place a one-off purchase with Sprout Market, simply select the regular price option at the checkout page and pay RRP. Please note that member prices are available to members only. By selecting the member price option, you understand that you have actively agreed to become a member.

When will my order arrive?

Your orders will be processed (not shipped) within 1-2 business days of when they are placed.

Processed means that we check if we have sufficient stock of the product(s) you have ordered at our warehouse. If you place an order today, it will only be processed the next business day.

After which your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Please note that the warehouse is closed on weekends.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We use Australia's largest delivery network Service provider Australia Post.

If you require a product urgently (within a week), please contact our customer support team at cs@sproutmarket.com.au to enquire about express shipping options or in store pick up. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive to you within a specific time frame.

Please allow 5-7 days of turnaround time if you place an order with us over the weekend or during a period where there is a Public Holiday as these factors can affect delivery time.

Out of stock items can also affect delivery time. If an item is out of stock at the warehouse, we'll see if we can preorder it. If we are unable to do so within 3 business days, we will send you an out of stock notification email and your money will be refunded to you.

Shipping charges are free for orders above $65. Shipping Charges are fixed at $9.95 for orders below $65 Australia Wide.

Can I try Sprout Market for free?

Absolutely! First-time members can test drive Sprout Market for free for 30 days. Your free trial begins upon placing your first order and will roll into a paid membership 30 days later. During your trial membership, you'll have full access to our selection of great products at wholesale prices and other membership perks offered exclusively to Sprout Market members. How does the Sprout Membership work? What are the benefits?

A Sprout Market membership gives you access to the best natural and organic products from all of the brands you love at wholesale prices. Members also have access to special promotions, exciting contests and educational content. The membership costs less than $5 a month ($59.95 for the year) and most members make back that fee within the first two orders. All new members receive a 30-day free trial that begins when the first order is placed.

How do I end my trial membership?

We're sorry to hear that you're considering ending your trial! Please note, if you have not made a purchase, you are not yet enrolled in a trial membership. What happens if I'm charged because I forgot to cancel while I'm on the 30-day free trial?

If you do not cancel whilst you are on your 30-day free trial and you have been charged the annual membership fee, we offer a two week grace period from the date you were charged. Just send an email to support@sproutmarket.com.au and we'll sort it out for you.
