My Orders

Where's my order?

Processed means that we check if we have sufficient stock of the product(s) you have ordered at our warehouse. If you place an order today, it will only be processed the next business day.

After which your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days only if your entire order is in stock. If you have back-ordered items, we will dispatch your order once all your items arrive to us from our suppliers. If you wish to have a partial shipment, please contact us. 

Please note that the warehouse is closed on weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

We use Australia's largest delivery network Service provider Australia Post

If you require a product urgently (within a week), please contact our customer support team at support@sproutmarket.com.au to enquire about express shipping options or in store pick up. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive to you within a specific time frame. Please allow 5-7 days of turnaround time if you place an order with us over the weekend or during a period where there is a Public Holiday as these factors can affect delivery time. 

Out of stock items can also affect delivery time. If an item is out of stock at the warehouse, we'll see if we can preorder it. If we are unable to do within 3 business days, we will send you an out of stock notification email and your money will be refunded to you.

Feight Protection Charges are fixed at $1.99 and Shipping Costs are fixed at $9.95 for orders below $70 Australia Wide.

My tracking link shows my package has been delivered, but I have not received my order.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order is submitted, you'll be directed to a confirmation page with your order number. If you've reached this page, we are either reviewing your payment information or your order has been processed.

Your order should also appear under my account --> recent orders. The status of the order is reflected on the page. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information.

I want to change my shipping address for an order.

If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes, please let us know by clicking here and we'll help you out! If your order was placed more than 30 minutes ago, unfortunately, we won't be able to make any changes, as it's already being processed.

I had a problem with my order.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
