My Account

How do I change my default credit card?

You can update your credit card information by logging into your Sprout Market Account and selecting Account Settings. Select Credit Cards from the menu options and make all updates there. You may also select a new default card for future orders. Since we respect your privacy, only you can access and modify your credit card information. Sprout Market has no access to your credit card information.

How do I change my billing or shipping information?

Please login to your account and visit the My Account page. There, you can update all of your account information, including your billing and shipping addresses.

I can't access my account.

I can't remember my password. What should I do?

Don't worry! Please visit the Forgot Password page and enter the email address you used to create your account. We will email you a link to reset your password.

Why is a login required to browse?

The registration wall is something we do to protect our brand partners who are not comfortable with our deeply discounted prices being publicly visible. We realise that this is different to traditional online stores but we promise that our savings will more than make up for the inconvenience!
