White Chocolate Topping: 

Method:

1) Preheat the oven to 160/ 320 . Line a 20 x 30 cm rectangular baking tin with non-stick baking paper

2) Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl

3) Whisk together all the wet ingredients until it its thick and caramel-like

4) Add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until a sticky granola mixture forms

5) Transfer the granola into the lined tin and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the top is slightly golden

6) Remove the slice from the oven and allow it to cool completely before cutting.

7) Make the white chocolate topping by blending all ingredients together until combined. Drizzle the topping over the bars and allow it to sit an harden

Storage suggestions: in an air-tight container for up to 5 days!
