  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
  • In a pot, melt together the coconut oil, maple and peanut butter until combined.
  • Pour on top of the dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Spread into a lined baking pan and bake at 160 celsius for 25 minutes or until golden.
  • Cool on a cooling rack then chop into bars and voila! You've got yourself some healthy snacks!
