Project Nutella: By Scott Gooding

If you’ve ever read the label on a Nutella jar you’ll understand the need to make your own.  This recipe is a sugar-free version and uses some nature’s superfood. Use as a spread or the foundation for smoothie or ice cream.




Throw all the ingredients into a blender and process for 1-2 minutes or until a smooth consistency has been achieved.  Use activated nuts if you can or raw. Adjust the amount of cacao accordingly to your preference.

Brazil Nuts
