Paleo Sweet Potato Breakfast Loaf by: @zo_good



Whilst there are a few ingredients - the process is pretty simple!

  • Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a lined loaf tine.
  • Leave to sit for 1-2 hours so the flax can do it's thing and bind it together a bit more, then bake at 180 C for 50 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve toasted with avocado & sea salt and maybe some tahini or even peanut butter for a nutty crunch.
