N'egg nog (no egg nog)

A healthy spin on a timeless classic, 100% plant-based and nutritious. Fibre-full and satiating with healthy fats and lots antioxidant-rich spices! 



  1. Pitt your dates and boil enough water to cover the dates in a bowl for at least 10 minutes (to soften). 
  2. Once ready, throw all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, at least 20-30 seconds. 
  3. Taste, and adjust spices/sweetness to your desired tastes.
  4. Serve immediately - it will be slightly warm due to the dates - heat it up more on the stove, or refrigerate to enjoy chilled.
