Ginger, turmeric and pineapple smoothie bowl

Ginger, turmeric and pineapple smoothie bowl by: @chocdaisy
Makes 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen organic pineapple
- 3 cm piece of fresh organic ginger
- 2 cm piece of fresh organic turmeric
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp vanilla pea protein (or of your choice)
- 1/2 frozen organic banana, optional
Instructions:
- Pop everything in a high powered blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth, pour into a bowl and decorate with banana coins, bee pollen & turmeric dust.
