Dairy Free Chocolate Mousse

  • Soak cashews in 1 cup of water for 2-5 hours (the longer you soak them the easier it will be to blend)
  • Drain cashews
  • Combine the drained cashews, cacao powder and dates in a food processor or high speed blender and gradually add in some plant based milk to get the desired texture.
  • Top it with some dark chopped chocolate
