Buttered-Up Bombay Potatoes By @ozganics

Organic, Vegan, Dairy-Free and gluten free



  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add potatoes and cook for 30 minutes or until just tender. When cool enough to handle, peel and chop into 3cm cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add onion and cook for a minute before tossing in tomatoes and Ozganics Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce. Stir well for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes slowly, folding into sauce. Sauté gently for 5 minutes to absorb the flavours, season as desired. Serve with fresh sprigs of coriander.
