DIY Antioxidant Rich Face Mask 

Sometimes the best face masks can be made within minutes from simple ingredients that most people already have in their pantry. It is easy, effective and affordable.

Turmeric, Cinnamon and Honey are the base for this face mask. They are not only beneficial to ingest but they have amazing antioxidant and antibacterial properties that can help with your complexion. This mask can even out your skin tone, reduce appearance of acne, and assist those suffering from eczema.





  • Mix together the above ingredients in a small bowl until you get a thick paste
  • Apply a thin layer of the mask evenly around a clean face
  • Gently massage the mask in
  • Keep the mask on until dry (Around 15-20 minutes)
  • Remove mask with warm water and a clean face cloth
  • Follow up with your favourite moisturiser
